Attorney Ben Nelson is a founding partner at Black Rock Law Group, where he serves as outside general counsel to clients in industries including technology, construction, real estate, healthcare, and financial services. His practice covers business formation and governance, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, employment and HR matters, and complex contract negotiation.

Before founding Black Rock, Ben was General Counsel for NOW CFO and a transactional associate at Pia Anderson Moss Hoyt. He began his legal career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, gaining early experience in corporate finance and regulatory compliance.

Ben earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, with a concentration in Corporate and Securities Law. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Strategy Emphasis) from Brigham Young University.

Ben is known for providing practical, business-focused legal advice that helps clients navigate both daily operations and complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Dallin Littlefield is an experienced Criminal Defense attorney at Black Rock Law. Having worked on both sides of the courtroom, including serving as a prosecutor for the Utah Attorney General's Office, Dallin brings a unique perspective and prosecutorial background that makes him an effective advocate for his clients.

Dallin earned his major in Psychology from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. His diverse background includes serving as a missionary in Ghana, West Africa, and experience in retail pharmaceuticals, real estate, legislative processes, and municipal government.
